How do I know if I may qualify?
As of November 21, 1996 you (or your deceased loved one) must have :
- Been a Resident of Florida
- Had a History of regular cigarette smoking
- Documented Symptoms of a smoking related illness.
Qualifying illnesses include:
- Emphysema/COPD
- Bladder Cancer
- Cervical Cancer
- Throat Cancer
- Kidney Cancer
- Lung Cancer
- Oral/Tongue Cancer
- Pancreatic Cancer
- Stomach Cancer
- Stroke
- Heart Attack
- PVD/Buerger’s
